How could you root against one of your Saddo brothers in a war with a private parking company?

These arn't legal traffic wardens employed by the police and councils, but rather rouge scam companies who operate outside the law and threaten and intimidate drivers into paying them huge amounts of money. They basically approach small companies who have disused pieces of land and rent the land off the companies, turning them into car parks purely for the intention of ensnaring unknowing drivers.

I've been doing some research on the company that has ticketed me twice, a WJ Parking. They are a notorious corrupt company. They actually went into administration two months ago too wipe their debts, and have started a new company with exactly the same name, changing only the phone number.

It has a sole director who has been charged in the past for threatening and intimidating memebers of the public into handing over money, using menaces (which I presume means heavies), fraud and overcharging.

Their tickets have no basis in law. Where I've been parking, (empty business carparks at night) it is not illegal to park in either. This rogue company has merely set up signs in the corner of the carparks, (which you cant see at night) and then they use these signs to claim you entered into a contract with them. It's a complete scam and they make thousands of pounds a week through this deception. The point is the tickets they issue are not enforceble, they have no legal basis, but they disguise them to look like Fixed Penalty Notices, which are legititimate tickets handed out by the police for real road traffic offences.

It's no different to a man coming to your house dressed as a police officer and asking you personal questions. Because he looks like a police officer you assume he is and so think you're legally obligated to answer his questions and let him in. It's fraud and illegal, and the same with this parking company.

There tickets are not tickets, they can't legally make tickets, they are not the law. But they disguise them, with the same wording and layout to look like official tickets and millions of unknowing people will pay them thinking they are genuine.

They should be shut down and sent to prison. They are very much like those awful phone text companies who send you a text message to your mobile which looks like it comes from your network provider. If you reply that counts as 'consent' for their £1 a time text message service where they will automatically send you football scores 3 times a week and chare you a £1 each time. They rake in millions with scams and the police should find their locations and burn them to the ground but instead they manage to operate in a legal grey area, exploiting loopholes in the law to not get prosecuted.

I hate these types of companies with a passion, their whole business is a prey on the vulnurable and an attempt to con people out of money.

I think this spells out legal aid as a means to an end.
