i can speak for mma fighter brandon vra, he did 3 a day and that was intense stuff... cardio, wieghts and sparring till it hurt you to watch. if this helps. most pro fighters i talk to split the training
erik Paulson has his fighters train 5 rounds kickboxing 5 rounds boxing 5 rounds grappling and five rounds mma the boxing and kickboxing being 3 min rounds the rest 5 min rounds then a run and maybe sprints. then they go home go to bed get up in the afternoon and do instrucional training/tool development pad work bags etc...then slep and back at it in the a.m.
