Pumpkin soup ,bulk pumpkin in it and some that are baked then vitamized up in there too .
2 parts pumkin one part potatoe ,lightly fry an onion and add that in too. little bit of water, not much; Finish With a splash of sour cream mixed with a lump of plain orgainic yogert dumped into the middle of the bowl with a sprinkling of nutmeg all over. Severed with a dark rye toasted.
Leave all soups for one day after you make them and they taste even better.

Oh and ginger it must have a fair chunk of ginger in it, no garlic.
