    Ive won National, British and English titles in kickboxing at an amateur level, also represented the English team in Athens, Greece in the World champs coming 4th just missing out on a medal. Still hold the National title for the 2nd year in my weight class.

    during the 90's i did Sprint Distance triathlon in Hawaii.. i attended about 5 times it was a great experience but never made it to the ironman world championship.

    I box as an ameuter i am making a push to get on the national team but i will probably go pro in a year i like the idea of getting paid to do somthing i love do
