Chill and maintain bra,easier said then done I know. When Ive got a fighter going, I tend to throw up out of nerves. But you really need to keep an even keel, otherwise you'll screw with your breathing in there.
Once your in, if your corners barking at you too hard,find a way to tune them out and just concentrate on getting your breath rate back to base.
A great example of why,is Tarver Hopkins
Even in rounds that Hopkins lost, his corner barely raised their voice,Tarvers corner was screaming at him for the whole fight.
So Hopkins was loose and taking care of buisness
You could have bounced rocks off of Tarver he was so tight and unsure of himself
