I used to hate it when people called it a phase.I'd get all self righteous and stomp out of the house in my boots and gnarld Leather jacket.It really was not.....just a brutal learning experience on realities of life and how quickly it would cut you down to size.We all take our growing dents and move on.I really would not change much of the bad ol' days....I needed a kick in the teeth, "evolved" lol and hindsight is 20/20.It's all done and now we do the hamster on a wheel routine of daily life,but What a fuukin RIDE

I was a Little stubborn hardcore fawka who skated for years mixed with surfing.Until I tossed the Chuck Taylors in favor of full time Boots, (made the street tricks damn hard Lol).Had this severe Hair...one side totally shaved down and spiked the other side straight up,went to a full fin after I lost a good job and started making clouds and eating blotter like it was candy really not giving two shites.

I'm going to stop while I'm ahead here.We all know the drill

I did the skating thing, was into pokemon for a while when I was in primary school. Now those were awesome times, playing on your gameboy for hours on end just to get that stupid little monster up levels, so you could beat your mates. Right now you could say im in the clubbing phase, not really into drugs/alcohol but the majority of people out defently are.

Grew my hair and got me mum to make grey flares or bell bottoms so i could be cool like the Beatles while at school.

Marbles at primary school, we had alley ways made up in lines that you could play on and risk your prized marbles against ones placed in odd spots on five foot long tracks with bridges, tunnels and all sorts of sh!t dug into them.

later on got jeans and used to stand around with me smoking tough mates with out thumbs in our front pockets spitting over anything that moved.

Skateboards in large drain networks were just practice for waves for us.

The word grouse got used too often for a while back then and annoyed me.

And 'man' , like " yeah man." ;

Oh yeah, yo yo's coca cola and fanta yo yo's were the best.

And super balls when they first came out.

Cut off the forks on our dragstars and chopped them with extended forks with ones from the tip off old bikes.

I was actually obsessed with Jackie Chan in high school where I bought almost all his movies and read his book.

I was a huge competitive rollerblader. Then I got hurt once in 8th grade and never laced them up again...
