I dont see an upset but remember Vitali was scared of fighting Rahman . Wvlad islikley to be petrified of his power and it will effect his performance.

Wvlad could go in, use his javb set up the right hand and knock him out early like Lewis did but instead I think we will see Wvlad being overly cautious and dragging this one out . It might even go 12 , depends how game Rahman is cuz in his last fight it didnt appear like he had much fire left .

Povetkin got injured so they needed to find a replacement. Is Rahman OFFICIAL?

Anyway. I think this fight is going to be a typical Wlad fight. Jab, Jab, Jab for a couple of rounds, a straight right here and there, Rahman out round 5

I can't believe people can criticise David Haye for taking on Monte Barret for only his 2nd heavyweight bout. Yet the ultimate disgrace to the sport Dr Slaphammer takes on the bum that is, a shot Hasim Rahman. What a fukking joke. Just like Slap himself is a joke.

Lefty, Wlad wants to fight...the guy he was scheduled to fight is hurt and too hurt to fight in a reasonable ammount of time. So it's a joke that Wlad wants to actually stay busy and fight someone Hasim Rahman (for some reason) is #4 rated in the IBF therefore giving Wlad the chance to defend a title and maybe try and get a better fight next time.

Wlad can't FORCE Povetkin to be healthy...and with as much shit as Alex has talked people had better be angry at him and not Wlad.

I'm sure Wlad does want to fight the mighty Alex Povetkin. A guy who has 16 pro bouts who he will KO pretty handy.

I literally CANNOT wait until Summer 2009 in England.

When David Haye: a fresh, exciting, flashy, brash GREAT champion catches those titles Slap currently has in brutal fashion

Alex Povetkin is a mandatory whom I am sure Wlad is ready to KO as Alex has talked shit and just isn't as great of a fighter as he was hyped up to be.

Oh yes everything MUST happen in England, for your sake I will wish on a shooting fucking star for David Haye to fight Wlad in England in the most sacred of sacred venues and I want to bottle the tears of the Haye fans to keep as a momento as they see Young David smashed into the canvas ......sorry I am a little riled up

That fits perfect for Wlad's resume then. Another tomato can he can blast out

Actually Wlad-Haye (If Slap agrees to getting KNFO) will happen in England next year at a football stadium.

You could do worse for a late replacement. Remember, this is happening because Povetkin pulled out.

Come on, Lefty, I know you love Haye, but lets not get carried away with Haye taking on Monte Barrett. He hasn't had a quality win in three years, and that was against the mighty Owen Beck. He also lost to a journeyman last year. Kevin Johnson would have been a stiffer test.

Wlad has a good record of defending against quality fighters, if you can call anybody in the HW division quality. Haye will get his chance if he takes care of business.
