I'll definitely watch this one. Margarito by TKO/KO.

This is a fight I really want to see. Mosely is a great, and though he is perhaps a little past his best, it will be a pleasure to see him try and finish off at the highest level possible.

I'll be shouting for Shane, I'd love him to go out on top he is pure class. Maybe he can lend his balls to De La Hoya sometime in the future.

YOu and me both! Shane puts it all out there. I for one thought he was going to take care of Cotto last year. You gotta remember him chasing Cotto around the ring, unfortunately he is most dangerous when he is hurt. I think Shane has a more than a sporting chance against Marg.

THIS IS WHY MOSLEY IS A MAN AND DE LA HOYA IS A PU$$Y. GROW SOME BALLS AND FIGHT SOMEONE YOUR OWN SIZE CHUMP!

I seen this this morning on the ESPN scroller. He also fired his father again. Jan 24. 2 days after my b-day that sounds like a nice birthday gift. Let's go Mosley!!!

This might be the only man who can knock out Mosley

Although anything can happen, it should be a great fight while it last.

I would love to see Mosley win, not because I have anything against Tony, but only because I love to watch fights where the belt switches back and forth between a number of top fighters where the old cliche "styles makes fights" can be applied. I just don't see Mosley hurting Tony though and Tony is a human wrecking machine. In closing, I will put my money on Margarito but I would like to see Mosley win.

    Hell yeah.

Mosley has one of the hardest chins in the division, probably on par with Margarito. He Antonio can't wear him down, he loses. If Shane shows his age, he loses. Nonetheless, it will be a bloody mess.

Stylistically this is everything both men want, but everything Shane shouldn't have any part of. One of the 4 "Big" welterweights (Margi, Cintron, Clottey, Williams) versus the smallest. Size alone turns this into a nightmare for the smaller Mosely.

Mosely is a brawler. A lot of people fail to see that. Mosely doesn't box from the outside or pick shots, mosely likes to bang. He's a great counter puncher but he does his best work when he's banging - all Margi does. How much of a Margi onslaught can shane take? And does shane really dish out more than cotto could?

Alot could go wrong here. In shanes favor he will utilise his clinch often, cotto only clinched twice in his fight with margi. Shane isn't a defensive wizzard. Infact, when on the retreat, Cottos defense is far superior than Shane. Shane will catch alot more leather than cotto did and will do so willingly. I don't see this ending pretty for Shane. (based on the shane we know and love.. very possible he comes to fight with a different plan on fight night though).

I do however, think this is a gorgeous match on paper because of their styles and this is going to be an incredible fight. What Shane shows up though? The shane who lets his hands go? Or the Shane who at times shies from throwing any punches and will literally stand in front of his opponent fending off pot shots.

Once again Shane proves he is the most gutsy fighter out there . If only Floyd and Oscar were more like him .

Anyways I have the feeling this is the wrong fight stylistically for Shane . Its not the 1st time hes met the wrong guy at the wrong time but Im sure he will give a good account of himself but come a way with a points defeat

What I find funny though, is Shane admittedly ducked a fight with Berto. Saying he wouldn't want to fight Berto because Berto reminds him of himself in his day and it wouldn't be a good fight for him.

THEN goes and signs for a fight that's not a potential loss like Berto would be, but a potential end to his career. This is why you have to commend Mosely. He loves the tough fights.. he's so good for boxing. We need more like him.

Mosley is the man. Always has been. That said, can Mosley employ the strategy Cotto employed the first 5 rounds for a full 12? At this stage in his career?

Mosley deserves praise, but give Margarito his daps too. If this fight comes off, he'll have fought Cintron, Cotto, and Mosley in three fights.

Nope... mosley retreating is not possible.
    He's always been a brawler.

Dont think Shane has the legs or the reflexes for Margarito at this satge of his life.

Even in his prime Shane would have his work cut out for him due to Margarito's relentlessnes and also his hight would be a nightmare for Shane.

I think Mosley has a good chance to win this actually.. He can brawl with the best of them, and those clubbing right hands will do their damage.. we already know they will land after seeing Cotto fire at will, even though Mosley isn't as fast, let's face it, Tony's D isn't that great.. This will be a BATTLE, and for some reason i see the Vet Mosley taking it..
