i suppose it depends how patriotic you are!!! some more than others..
dont Fuck with the chuck
Its boxing not country vs country its got nothing to do with how patriotic you are. Im very proud to be English but im also a true boxing fan, so i root for the fighter who i like the most in there ring, for whichever attribute i like the most, not because of what country they come from.

I root for every British fighter bar Junior Twitter.

Big H would you still root for all of your home fighters if Paulie Malignaggi was born in London
He got a hair cut in the middle of a fight, that has to be taken into consideration.
I don't make out i know everything nor do i make out im always right, you basically implyed i was traitor in the last thread. I let it go and just debated back, then you took it a step further and forced me to defend myself. Then when you couldn't debate back, you took the easy way out and started acting like a child.
boxing's never been a patriotic thing with me honestly, I stayed up till four in the morning to watch the US win the gold in basketball so there are sporting events I get patriotic about, just for whatever reason its never really been that way with boxing.
I mean if you get wrapped up in that stuff then you're forced to do distasteful things like root for fucking Carl Froch.

HENRY COOPER. That is a cut.

Listen: I probably, more-often-than-not, root for the American. But, not always. Some fighters are hard not to like. For example, no one is without deficiencies, but I've always found Ricky Hatton to be very likeable.
