His swarming attacks, although lacking power and crispness, seem to sway judges... I really think thats what it comes down to is judging. Like when Joe fought Hop the compbox #s were just silly and it's like the judges saw the same thing... Like for every 4 or five punches Joe threw like one would land... and not flush at that. But even so I had Joe winning by a point due to his sheer outworking Hop in the later rounds.

I know we saw a resurgence of Hopkins against Pavlik but Hokins has never been KOd and has less wear and tear due to his style.

I'm just not sure how Roy intends on dealing with Joes speed and output. We've also seen in the past that Joe has no problem getting up off the canvas and fighting on at a higher level then befor he hit the mat.

I don't know.... This is a strange fight to try to predict to me. I just don't see Roy doing enough or KOing Joe...
This is how I see it as well, at first I thought Joe would win a wide decision, but now I think it's gonna be close, and if it's close it could go either way. Joe's not been hurting people for a long time, the last guy he could hurt was Lacy, and that crazy mofo was running into every one of them punches.

I hope I can come in here on Sunday and say I was wrong but I def. don't see it happening. All the props to Roy if he can pull it off cuz the way my minds eye sees it, it would be a monumental upset.
It all depends on Roy, if he really is as shot as some say then he could be stopped late out of tiredness. That's the problem I have with this fight, if Joe wins easy there's nothing to brag about as it will be a testament to Roy's decline more than anything. I also like Roy as well, have always been a fan, so I won't take any pleasure watching him get battered, especially if he's deluded and thinking of continuing afterwards.
