Well I didn't think the Marquez fight was that close but Barrera's just gotten older, I don't think anybody's going to be calling for a rematch.
Am I dyslexic, somebody scored the second Pac fight to Barrera![]()

He'd really probably be better off at 130, he used to make that so easily.
Yeah the commentary team said it should have been a draw or a Barrera win .
The coverage we got cut off in the last few rounds. From what I saw a washed up Barrera just wanted to get through 12 rounds without putting in too much effort whilst pac couldnt get close. It showed me the 1st fight was a fluke
Yeah wouldnt be interested in a marquez return now. i would have straight after the 1st fight but not now
Here is the clip: http://uk.youtube.com:80/watch?v=NRSNElWaXqA I think he did. How about you?
We know he is a quitter but I dont think he made the injury up
No doubt it was an injury of convenience cuz he wanted to quit
While he was shook up by the early knock down, I do think he had a good chance to find his groove if his arm had not been injured.
Hard to tell, he really made sure people noticed he had a problem, which is usually the last thing you want your opponent to know if you do want to fight on.
Golota is a coward he should retire just go onto you tube and watch his fight against tyson i have no dought he just quit it would not be the first time he has let the fans down
MEGolota

For a second I thought you were talking about Semmy Schilt the huge kickboxer who has been virtually unbeatable in the superheavyweight k-1 division the past few years.
He got injured near the first of the round. He pointed at his arm as soon as it got ihjured and he hardly used his left after that. Even when he did throw a left, it looked like it was injured. You could tell it was hindering him.
Marquez vs Barrera was close, but I thought Marquez won it. The knock down being missed and the point deduction was a big deal though. It would've changed the outcome of my scorecard.
Anyone who scored Pac/Barrera 2 for Barrera needs to rewatch the fight and feel dumb for thinking that in the first place. Barrera got through 12 rounds because he fought safe and did not engage. He wasn't trying to win that fight, he was trying to gain some respect back and survive.
The first fight "a fluke?" I'll let that go from you GAME. I understand why you would say that.
Blatant quit by Golota...
The second he felt the punches sting you can tell he was done.
I think that was a legit injury. Golota couldnt do anything with his arm, it was a sensible decision to stop. Unfortunate really.
