Ralph served a very useful purpose in his day, alerting the public to the dangers of the Corvair, and other shoddy consumer products, but we're a lot smarter now, and he doesn't mean a whole lot in the 21st century as far as I can see.

Dems called Colin Powell an Uncle Tom on more than one occasion.![]()
Dems did call Powell an Uncle Tom on more than one occasion. Belafonte called Powell a "House EDITED."
They were democrat so I called them democrat. You don't have to defend them to do you? It's wrong no matter who says it, right?
I was agreeing with CutMeMick that it was wrong and pointing out that it was also thrown around by Democrats who tried to undermind everything George Bush did.
All you have to do is say, "Yes, that was messed up." Again no one is saying you to have defend their comments.
As far as the conservative Christians getting scorned because some of them think they have conversations with God. They should know by now that the thoughts of Christ will get you nowhere with liberals. They want Christ banned from our everyday lives why would they care what God had to say to Robertson in a private conversation.
Nader did some good for a while but is basically just an egomaniac these days.
Why would anybody vote for him? Makes no sense
Could say the same for McCain but that's just piling on![]()
No they dont want people with political aspirations running the country who claim to have directed hurricanes, while of course ignoring that even if they had directed the hurricane in question, they directed it toward someone else, which wouldnt be very christian
This is not exactly Christian, nor is it good public policy
Way to crowbar something into the conversation, BG. Good going!![]()
