for starters you could post in the correct section...that being below in the "ask the trainer" section.![]()
Then I would begin by looking into threads like the bodyweight exercise thread, or some of the many posts there. As well the Important and Useful Posts section.
Now if you decide you want to start a training log, which is a good thing to have...you could change the title of this to "Pavlikfans training log" and it would have it's place.
But first and foremost, you should have some sort of a plan worked out before you begin one.
