Sookie's grandmother was welcoming Bill to the town by appearing and speaking at her group at the church and Sookie is in a relationship with bill... Allthese people were linked to vampires.... The only night there was a full moon he did.... Sookies Gran... The other ones were not on full moon nights... But he still murdered them due to their being close to vampires and in my thinking him seeing them as threats to be turned. He does not want to see their numbers increase... Just as the vamps don't want their numbers decreased....
