    That because your presenting less of a target, your opponent has to set you up through a series of shots rather then being presented with an obvious target.
    this is true, sparred tonight and found that i worry less about defence(cos smaller target area for opponent) so i got more time to think about landing my own shots, thanks for all the advice, has made a big difference, cheers

    Last time I went to the gym, a new trainer had me standing more straight on.

    That's about 5 different stances I've been taught now.

    You should be taught as many as possible in the time frame you have to work with,just so you know what your looking at in there

    I think they want me to get more power on my jab and left hook. It seems to be working.
