JT by TKO, Lacy will either get frustrated or hurt or even legitimately KO'd. Taylor has a lot to fight for after Pavlik looked that bad vs Hopkins and Hopkins looked that good vs Pavlik and hell Calzaghe is always a far off option who I think he could hang with

Thought I'd give this a bump since it's almost time, and an intriguing contest at that.

I'm still sticking with Taylor, but I'll hedge my bets by saying IF Lacy wins then Ice will open a thread the next day saying that the VERSION of Lacy that beat Taylor would dominate JC, and then he'll demand a rematch.

Only having a little fun. Does anyone think the weight may be a factor and prove to be a small equaliser in Lacy's favour?

Tough to say these two are such a question mark and there are so many factors that make this a hard fight to predict for me.. Like I always say Lacy is my favorite fighter and I always hope in my heart he pulls it out, but Taylor on his game(which he hasnt been since he won the middleweight crown) is a damn good boxer and fighter.. Much respect to both guys though, there is alot at stake in this matchup

I think Bika's destruction of Manfredo really shows where Lacy is right now, Lacy is tough as old boots but his confidence and the fear factor has gone. Depending how Taylor wants to fight this fight i think he will have it his own way either a boxing clinic for 12 nds or even a possible beat down for 12 rnds.

Then i want to see Taylor v Kessler in 2009.
