Another think i have noticed is when my stance feels good its kind of hard to explain but the left hand side of my body kind of feels like a hinge and has a nice solid feel to it like everyting in nicley aligned down that side.Is this correct and what i should be looking for when in my proper stance? Then i only have to sort out the right hand side whether that be going long or more square.Also is 45% a good angle for the upper torso to be angled at in relation to youre opponent without being to narrow and not being top square?
