The thing is...& this is just Wacko's opinion...technically...they have.

Floyd has faced an assload of very good & exceptional competition. Gatti, Sosa, Judah, Mitchell, Corrales, Castillo, Hernandez, Augustus, Chavez, Manfredy, & quite a few others.

That's a good roster...that reads like the who's who of namesake's.

The critisicm that Floyd recieves is just hate IWO.

Hatton has beaten Kostya...to most...that equates to "exceptional competition".

Then you got Maussa, Tackie, Phillips, & of late the questionable win over Collazo.
