Hope this clears that up for you guys he was off balance and the shot went over his head! don't get me wrong if he was off balance against a bigger heavy with better reach that shot may have connected.

i dont see what difference it makes either way , Haye won , does it make him better or worse if Monte knocked him down ?
answer is NO.
Haye may get slaughtered by a big hitter , but its gunna be a good exciting fight.
To me it looks like his forearm hit the forehead of Haye which knocked him down. A better reach would have done nothing, he just tried to duck under a punch when he was not even close to balanced and as a result got clipped/knocked back while doing it.
Barrett should have been disqualified for that. Haye seemed a bit groggy when he got up.. ultimately it led to Barrett's demise.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
This is coming from someone who hope haye does well but he wont beat the klitschkos but anyway back to what i was going to say. If you say he should of been dqed for that then Barrett should of wonBecause haye did that to him on an earlier knock down in the corner, hit him when he was clearly on the ground.

Im not sure which one it was, he went down in the corner and barrett was down and i think he got with another left hand. I saw it on the replay of the knockdown, it wasnt as blatant but still hitting someone when there down still isnt good no matter how blatant it is. Still just goes to show even with that cheap shot, barrett still couldnt hurt haye.
Oh Haye was hurt, he took a knee after getting up from that shot as well!!
Steve Bunce is an idiot, he tells bare faced blatant lies, after the fight he was trying to make us belive that Barrett was quick
Haye doesnt know how to avoid being hit and any heavy with a bit of speed will clip him, they dont even have to be a big hitter, Haye is there for the taking, Barrett has gone down tons of times and was sparked in 2 last year by cliff couser, big deal, does Haye take anotehr heavy fight or sit around waiting for his chance?
I think he may be a little put off after feeling some strength and a very little bit of power
Haye should fight Skelton, hes up in the rankings.
Haye could of looked to get Barrett DQ'ed for that shot but i give him credit for getting up and stopping him soon after
cheap shot by Barret but Haye threw his own, especially the KD that came from him holding Barret with his right hand to smack him in the head with the left hook, so it pretty much balances out, either way, nobody better call me a Haye Hatercause i couldn't give a shit less of the HW division, on that note, Taylor didn't look too shabby last night, and well Lacey although made a good effort, should hang em up
