Alright for those who say that he is running from Margarito and Cotto exactly how are they going to beat him all i like to know. What it Cotto going to do to Oscar he has a chin like Margrito and can box is fast and can punch harder i can see him destroying Cotto if they fought. As for Margrito can be out boxed somthing Oscar can do and if the fight takes place at the weight of lmw then i bet Oscar may knock the man out i just saying what i think while happen if you have another idea please share with me.

If Pac beats Oscar how can there be any weight excuses for the Floyd fight? Oscar is bigger than Floyd. Floyds record would definitely be enhanced. That fight (Pac-Floyd) would make PERFECT sense.

Agreed. But, how would you feel about a Pac-Hatton fight? Assuming Hatton wins this weekend?

I said he would stop him if the fight was at lmw which Margrito does not have the same stuff he does at welterweight and Oscar hits way harder then Cotto does Oscar does everything better even at this stage of his career time while tell but if they fight above WW i give Oscar a good chance to knock Margrito out I watch alot of Oscar think he can pull if off the only guy to hurt him was Bernard Hopkins and that was a mw and Oscar started at sfw i think Oscar going to go out well just wait and see.

It isn't necessarily that he was running from anyone. Just because Oscar dresses in fishnets, doesn't mean he's a bitch. From my understanding Oscar always has fought tough fights.

Personally, I was disappointed Oscar didn't fight Margarito because Oscar said prior to the Margarito v. Cotto fight that he would fight the winner. In reality, Oscar was willing to fight Cotto, but not Margarito. Why?

I also disagree with you that Oscar would knock Margarito out. First, Oscar looked very mediocre in his most recent outing in what was labeled as a warm-up fight to his upcoming match with the winner of the Margarito v. Cotto winner, which Oscar backed out of.

Second, Oscar would have difficulty sustaining Margarito's pace. If you recall, Oscar fought PBF as well as anyone has, up until the 7th or so round. Then Oscar became winded, stopped using his jab, and lost the fight. PBF is not a pressure fighter.

Third, given Oscar's boxing intelligence and experience, based on Oscar's recent choice of opponents, I think it is fair to say Oscar purposefully fought smaller boxers and has stayed away from big punchers. In the last two years, he has chosen to fight: Steve Forbes (5'7), PBF (5' and now Pacman (5'6).

Fourth, if Cotto couldn't hurt Tony "granite-chin" Margarito, how would Oscar?
