So the back foot has to be kicked far enough out not hidding behind the left foot so as to get a good look at the target which lets it travel down a nice straight line ,but not so far out that you become a square target ,thats why i cant understand how i can throw the right hand properly when in a narrow stance.Does anyone have any links to pictures or clips that can show an example of a good orthodox stance?Its probably much easier to show rather than describe such things..

yes this is the kind of stance i was reffering to i find it difficult to get straight right off from that posistion it ends up more like an over hand right,I find i need to kick the right foot out a bit to get it off straight.
