When I was much younger, I went to see my favorite death metal band play. My absolute guitar idol Terrance Hobbs was standing around after the show I went up to him and said "HOW YOU PLAY FAST?" word for word. I think he thought I was not a native english speaker or something he said "PRACTICE" very slowly and using hand gestures. I felt like a douche and my friends pointed at me and laughed.

One of the most triumphant moments in my life.
