35 years old. Never been taken out, but he's taken a lot of punishment over the years.

Cheers bud for that I thought he was a little older ... prob because he looks old .. and has the hard as nails look too which his record shows him to be or has been in the past at least .. should provide a decent workout then for Matt, who should come thru ok if he remains mobile and avoids a war....

Quite possible .. I aint seen Tackie in a while so aint up to speed with how he has looked of late .. but im gonna go see what I can find on the video sites.. but I do remember him being harder than a coffin nail and not often taking backward steps lol

Watson applied the pressure to Hatton throughout his last fight and he made him look poor. I believe that if Tackie can do this he can make this a very close fight. As people have said I havent seen him in a while so I dont know what his recent performances are like. But Hatton really did look poor in the last fight I saw.
