I belong to New York Sports Club, which is the equivalent of an average gym. The gym has a heavy bag, speed bag, and other pads. Also, there is a professional (may be just amateur) boxer who teaches classes and individual sessions.

I have two questions. Should I go to Gleasons to learn to box rather than my gym? Should I take classes or individual sessions?

Thanks in advance. Any advice is much appreciated.

Alright they mate.Get yourself down to the boxing gym and ask the owner if its ok to train there.Tell him what you want from using the boxing gym, weather its to train as a amateur or a hobby or just to keep yourself fit.Dont be too surprised to be turned away from the gym, after all the gym might be for professionals only.Just ask mate. There's no harm in asking!
I joined my local boxing gym when i was about 9 or 10 year old and i was invited with open arms from the local boxing coach.I really enjoyed it and have fond memories to.The old gym i joined is still in operation today and its producing some great fighters!Every time i drive past in me car it brings all those great sparring days back to mind!!

Go down and join mate! You'll enjoy it tonnes!!!!!Enjoy."I DID!"
