    Round 11

hatton lands on the insde with some hook. Buddy McGirt throws in the towel. Paulie is PISSED! I really really don't like McGirt at all as a trainer.

    Hatton is the winner.

Paulie looks really really heartbroken that McGirt stopped it.

No Fagignagi gets fired and Buddy tells him he'd be better off with a dance coach. Fucking weak as piss Paulie

Nah, I don't agree that Paulie didn't come to fight.

He got hit in the second and that was that. Paullie won the first, but he got hurt in the second and it was all over imo.

Paulie didn't fight to win...he didn't box, he didn't move, he stood there and took punch after punch....fucking wop (no offense to you Italians... I use the term in jest).

Ricky crawled back to 140 because it's the only place he can win

It went how many thought it would.

Ricky is deceptively ast going in, overpowered Paulie and Malignaggi, like the Cotto fight, held on and fought only occasionally.

hatton looked fitter than we've seen him in a while.

    Well done Rickos

Malignaggi was about as magic as Paul Daniels there - thought he could have seen that fight out mind, strange stoppage

though not complaining as had a fiver on Hatton to win in Round 11

That's an absurd comment. Hating bitch.

Ricky has been at 140 all his career.

Didn't see it that way. I thought Paullie won the first, but realised he couldn't handle Hatton's power from that shot in the second.

It wasn't that he didn't fight to win, it was that he couldn't win, hence the spoiling tactics. Hatton has serious power from the lefts he throws. Paullie didn't know what happened - he'd gone. Hatton did a good job on him.

To me a boxer that doesn't fight to win, spoils from the start.

Anyway, great performance by Hatton. Questions have been answered in the best way possible.

i'm glad buddy stopped it, fagignagi could have got hurt. He wasn't in the fight at all and was only going to get hurt. It is great to see a trainer looking after a fighter
