How come you can't have a draw?

I had the final 10-8 9-10 9-10 (28-2

How do they decide the winner if this is how the judges had scored it?

If there's a draw in the final fight the judge's review the boxers previous fight throughout the tournament.The judges add up all of the points that their(the boxer)won in their another fights during the run up to the final and whoever gains the most points from the start of the tournament wins!!!
