Yes it's apparently, and it's sad. Bowe should not be allowed to fight. All you have to do is listen to him speak to realize that he's in no condition to be in the ring.

At this point Bowe is going to go no where. If he gets permanently damaged in a fight they might actually start doing something to keep fighters from fighting beyond a certain point, like say regulate boxing like it should be regulated. Bowe's loss would be boxing's gain.

I hope he get's TKO'd in one round with little doubt,then maybe he will forget all about this.I believe he is hurting a great deal for cash.Sad really.So much wasted potential and skills.
