First of all, Pac is going to beat Oscar.

Secondly, I think Hatton-Pac is about a 50/50, maybe 60/40 fight (for Hatton). Hatton cuts and swells easily, and even if Pac isn't a murderous puncher at 140, he's still a high volume, accurate puncher with some power. He moves well, and he's far too intelligent to get involved in a wrestling match with Hatton. Also, they're close to the same height, so it's not like Pac is going to have to take a murderous amount of punishment just to get inside Hatton's range. As Skel mentioned, Hatton has a history of poor performances against southpaws, and he's never fought one as skilled as Pac.

I said all along I thought Caballero was going to be a very tough fight for Molitor, and I became rather pessimistic about Molitor's chances, but that doesn't mean I wasn't going to cheer for him.

I'm wondering if anyone has a different opinion on this subject since the DLH fight??

Especially considering Pac vs Hatton could be a very very likely fight for 2009...

Pac showed that even at 142 pounds, he is still incredibly fast and sharp.. He showed a LOT of great movement against Oscar and that sharp straight left would give Hatton a lot of trouble if Pac used it as a counter to Ricky coming in... Pac doesn't to a huge amount of fight on the way backwards, so he'd really having to be fighting fire with fire with Ricky.. And I can see it being a bit of a war.... But i'd put this fight almost even money... Pac looks as sharp at 142 as at 130...

Manny will pulverize Ricky Hatton. He would be even more dominant than he was vs dlh. Oscar has better defense than Hatton. hatton will come at him and get blasted with a barrage of combinations. Pac is too fast, and he still has the power at this weight like he did at 130 and 135.

Bringing up threads like this just to gloat is pathetic and it's been happening a lot lately. The fight was ages ago and all of us have given Manny props, so to carry on like this is lame to say the least. It's trolling at its most obvious.

Aside from another Pacfan bringing in an old post to the top of the main board for no reason, I'm posting on this thread in celebration of us being able to get Moono the hell of this forum!!

What a tool that guy was...
