Hatton is suited to that weight and when Cotto came up against a relentless pressure fighter similar to Hatton he got knocked out.

The one-dimensional Antonio Margarito.

I'll give you 140 it would be a huge advantage for Hatton. But to say that Hatton would beat Cotto because Margarito and him have similar styles, I would have to strongly disagree.

Cotto has boxing skills and would be peppering Hatton. Hatton has never been hit with the type of power Cotto has and it's not the other way around. Margarito cut the ring off of Cotto while Hatton comes forward then lunges in. Cotto would be able to keep Hatton at bay with his stiff jab. The lower the weight the more in favor it would be for Hatton but at a catchweight or 147, Cotto knocks him out in an exciting fight.

I'm not saying Hatton can't beat Cotto. I'm just matching them up and having a hard time seeing Hatton the winner.
