    You don't know that. If we knew when the damage would occur we could stop all fights at just the right moment, but we don't know so IMO it's better to stop it than not. We're talking long term here not just for the sake of one fight.

    The stoppage was good as Paullie had no answers for what Hatton brought and Paullie paid the price...McGirt was probably embarrassed as his fighter did not look prepared or even have a strategy...When Hatton got past Paullie's jab there was no answer...even worse no angles, or counters from Paullie, just holding...Maybe Paullie was over trained, Maybe Hatton is just that good or maybe McGirt didn't have his fighter properly prepared...who know's but I can't argue with the stoppage after such a one-sided beating...
