I think that woman is a shape shifter, based upon when she was sitting there outside, she had that weird vibration going on around her, and when Tara almost hit her on the road, she was naked, just like Sam is when he comes out of it. And Sam ripped her off some how?
I only think she's a werewolf because because Sam seemed adamantly against Sookie having anything to do with one and how he seemed afraid of her. They have to connect what he said to Sookie with something and this just seems to be it.

Oh, and Bill must be a special vampire. When the other ones were firebombed they just burned to death in their coffins. Bill not only has the ability to wake up during the day, but he can endure a significant amount of daylight. It was kinda cool to see what sunlight looks like to him.
