I gotta say you guys eat some pretty shitty food...
I was hoping to read more variety from you guys.

    Some of my favorites.

    Peruvian: Lomo Saltado

Stir Fried Steak with Soy Sauce mixed with Red Onion, Tomatoes and Cilantro. White Rice and French Fries.

Mediterranean: Gyro Plate (Top plate on the picture)

Lamb, Wild Rice, Toubili Salad and Hommus with Garlic Sauce.

    Mexican: Sope

Deep fried corn, mashed beans, chopped steak, cabbage and fresh cheese.

Nicaraguan: Carne con Gallo Pinto y Platanos Machos

Steak, Rice & Beans, Fried Banana, Fried Goat Cheese and a Salad.

    Nothing like authentice Chinese Food....

Chop Suey, Egg Flower Soup, String Beans and Beff Leek

Ha yea...well there is no denying that is one shitty looking thing, poutine, but it tastes awesome. And it'll prob. kill you, or atleast that is what we believe helps keep the population control working for Quebec...

Mick, that looks good, but...I have been on a good food only diet for so long, I can't even remember last time i ate junk food or anything bad for me. All my meals special prepared, 4 and 5 food groups, lotsa fish, chicken, veggies, fruits....rice...made well and healthy as all get out. Most of them looking like what you got there...just maybe not as fancy.

Add to that supplements that taste like sand milkshakes and liquid vitamins every day.

So fook it, I am taking a week or 2 now after all the work and eating crap food. I had a bowl of ice cream for breakfast this morning, with butterscotch syrup allll over it it and jelly beans haha. Washed it down with a cream soda.

FU good and healthy food...taking a holiday from ya.

    Oh! I know kid...
I haven't had any of the plates I mentioned in about 5 months now ever since I started working out.

Those plates just happen to be my fav. plates from restaurants out here.

I'm with you on the other food... Chicken, Steak, Fish, Wild Rice, Salads, Wheat, Fruits, Veggies and all that.

DAMN MICK! Posting pics of food up when I'm about to call it a night. Now my mouth is watering and I gotta swallow it. At least no pics of an asshole cause in that other thread that seemed to be a popular item discussed to put in your mouth...LOL

Peruvian food is SERIOUS! I had a teammate in college whose mom, whenever I visited their house, would stop whatever she was doing and cook me a complete authentic Peruvian meal. I always visited his place so I was never hungry! There's this condiment, I don't know what it's called, but it has red onion, cilantro, tomato, oil, vinegar and she served it with everything and that shit was BANGIN! I would eat that with rice and I am set!

That's called "Curtido" it's very commonly served with most Nicaraguan plates.

I know I probs. put this in here before, but I'm going to again. Healthy AND good eats.

    Mango Salad.

3-4 mangoes peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 to 1 lb of feta cheese, broken into chunks
3 of 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into chunks
1 large red onion, cut into thin strip pieces (like 3-4" long
1-2 red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
2 little crates of grape or cherry tomatoes

Mix that up...it'll fill a huge tupperware container, put it in the fridge and snack and eat it for days....is freakin awesome.

The secret recipe for the Colonels Gravy
They cook the original recipe in a huge ass, cooker.it doesnt get cleaned all day.
At close you scoop through the catch tray in the bottom drain the excess oil off of all the crap thats been sitting down there all day,and there you go,add some flour and water, and there's your gravy for tommorrow. You eat the gravy there, your basically garbage picking.
Your better off with the Buddhas Delight

I'm surprised KFC even makes their own gravy, who knew they had such high standards.
