    Agree on that.Clottey seems to be going through the motions in spots.Was a little more methodical vs. Zab,surely was on his way to stopping him Imo.

    Yeah, probably so, the one that stood out to me the most was the time he fought that guy on Versus, Alvarez, who had nothing, looked like half Clottey's size, had no snap on his punches, Clottey could have probably ended it any time he wanted but he just did enough to go by.

    He does that a lot, just enough to get by. I'd rather watch paint dry personally.

    Thats the one that stands out.I think some of it was him basically just waiting for Arum to get him a title fight.But he had Alvarez effected and showed very little eagerness to close the show.Even in warm up for Zab,was doing well vs. Cruz but no explosivness.Ending was odd,They basically just waived it off....almost from boredom lol.He was like a kid in a candy store after that one..."Arum promised me a title.ohhh thank you Mr. Arum" etc.

    Interested to see if he turns it up now that he has reached that goal ??I think he can be even better.
