I think the cake was sent by Roach. Manny wouldn't do such a thing. It was signed "Team Pacquiao" not "Manny." He's all about business without all the pre-fight antics people usually do. De La Hoya sent Manny a package with a boxing glove enclosed with a card that said "I'm going to knock you out, Oscar."

That whole cake incident was a poor attempt at trying to get this fight to have bad blood between the fighters.

On a side note: That cake was 12 pounds!? Where the hell did they get that!?

nah the cake really only weight about 5 pounds, the extra 7 was a dildo they hope for oscar to choke on.

Oscar is dumb doing that, Pac would be thinking he won the mind game with that reaction.
Oscar should of gone down to the poorest street and gave it away (preferably to an Asian looking family) and then turned to the camera and said thats where your money and your efforts really need to go Manny,you need to grow up.

I remember Kostya said he saw Zab pre fight once and Zab was keyed up to shit talk and KT smiled shook his hand said nice to see you mate, and asked how his misses and new born daughter were and defused him by making him answer to something close to him.
