Does boxing sensation Manny Pacquiao have the power to go up against the likes of Ricky Hatton or even Oscar dela Hoya?

This thread was created March 2, 2008 just before the PAC-JMM 2 fight. From that date, the David Diaz fight then this Saturday's PAC-Hoya fight become a reality... Maybe Hatton is next...
