Britain is the new Germany for dodgy scoring in my opinion. We have the cheek to criticise the Germans but we're far more biased towards hometown fighters. John Rawlings commentary sucked ass again! Fed up of the term 'world class' being bandied around when a british fighter steps in the ring. It's not a 'world class' fight when two fighters are swinging like monkeys with no defense.
Sorry guys but some (violent D) are chatting shit about this fight. Instead of posting i thought he won by so much how about posting your scorecards. Here's mine (all rounds are 10-9)
1. Pascal
2. Pascal
3. Froch
4. Pascal
5. Pascal
6. Froch
7. Froch
8. Pascal
9. Froch
10. Froch
11. Froch
12. Froch
Froch was loose early on for sure but rounds 1 and 2 could have gone either way and Froch dominated down the stretch, the scoring was bulshit but there not UK judges so dont go having a go at us Brits.
Knowledge is Power
I can't stand Froch but I had him winning the fight. I want to see him fight Kessler now.
Where is the hate on Kessler coming from? Kessler is top quality.
Even Pascal said he was beaten by the better man. He would probably have had quite a good view of the fight in order to judge LMFAO. Seems like he along with all 3 judges and all the pundits, just got it wrong. Thanks the lord VD is here to tell everybody they are wrong.
Or could he just be trying to wind everybody up - surely not
Certainly UK FOTY and a contender for World honours.
The fight had everything. Both fighters gave it there all.
I had Froch winning as he was the stronger in the 2nd half.
I thought that it was a very close fight between two well matched fighters but Forch's ring Generalship was just that little bit better. He was able to take control when it mattered.
of course because it was a British fighter competing for the title in a competative fight you know who certain biased posters are going to try and turn it around for.
Good fight, one of the best of the year. Both came to win and fought hard and cleanly. Can't ask for more.
