When I saw Oscar stand his ground in the first, and doin' no moonwalks as I was initially afraid of ...

I knew that Freddie's antics worked like a charm in pissing off Oscar. Thereby giving Manny an excellent chance of winning as Oscar will go forward for a fight and not backwards/counter like a "chase".

In my opinion, Oscar aping a JMM style fight, is the "only way" the PacMan will stand to lose.

On the other hand, with DeLaHoya moving forward, Manny has so many ways to win.

Wow. I'm shocked also. I was thinking Pac was gonna get caught with a left hook. I changed my prediction to Pac mid first round though, then I changed it again to 7th round stoppage in the 4th.

His corner should have stopped it in the seventh. No way they should have given him another round. He stumbled after missing with a weak jab.

Did he overtrain?

Is Manny just that much better than ODH?

Personally I think he overtrained. I can't see him coming in at that weight and only gaining 2lbs overnight!!!!

But I think that ODH walked into the ring overtrained and not shot but he left the ring shot from that beating.

Also his corner should have just stopped it without asking him so many times. It's humiliating and you put the fighter in a bad position knowing there are camera's there. Just tell them you are stopping it, don't ask for permission. Nacho kind of screwed the pooch on that one.

great win for the filipinos and pacman fans and any fight fan in general. that was one of the best clinics ive ever witnessed. im glad to witness this history and being a countryman of pac. raise the flag guys. great fight for all. i felt bad for dela hoya. he got tired of just putting his guard up and not being able to fire back.
