btw ice, even if jmm doesnt fight hatton. I think as long as jmm continues to win and look good, pac must fight him before they retire.

I just want my boy in the mix i think he deserves it. Its shame he isn't the name he should be, considering the two great fights he had against your boy. And the great fights against Joel Casamayor, MAB.
A 3rd fight needs to happen though for certain, theres still alot of unfinished business. And i think the smart choice would be to try and get a fight with Ricky Hatton now.
I think Ricky Hatton's style is made for JMM's counter punching style, then a 3rd fight between Manny Pacquiao vs JMM. Then the winner gets Floyd Mayweather imagine that.

I would hope JMM get's the shot first also at Hatton.I think would be exciting but JMM in my belief would slice and dice Hatton then put him away.

you know with the great battle our boys had, i can not help but imagine jmm being able to do the same things pac can. I just hope jmm can handle the weight as well as pac can, that may be what seperate the two great legacy. I do think hattons style is made for jmm too, did you see how close juan was to knocking out hatton with just left hooks? As for floyd, his biggest win maybe hatton and oscar but pac is going to top those two after he knocks hatton out earlier then he didbtw ice the jmm k.o win over casamayor just shitted on floyds resume cause casa is one of the fighters floyd skipped. and the fighter who won twice over the third fighter that was good floyd defeated(chico).I think its pac and jmm destiny to expose how wack floyds resume is and i truly believe one will beat him if floyd ever do comes out of retirement.
I actually like JMM more than Floyd Mayweather, and your boy is going up and up in my estimation with his new skill sets. To be honest i've always liked Manny Pacquiao.
But i like him alot more now that he isn't one dimensional fighter. Its great to see him doing so many different things now. Counter punching/Using right hand/Turning his opponents/Feinting much better ETC.
Im just not sure which one would be the most effective against Floyd Mayweather. But even if Floyd Mayweather doesn't come out of retirement who cares ?
Theres so many fights for JMM and Manny Pacquiao out there that are mouth watering, we really don't need Floyd Mayweather. Although he would be a nice addition to some of these awesome match ups that are happening lately.

I believe this fight is for the taking for JMM. He could make some noise by publically stating he wants the fight with Hatton and add to his own legacy.
Manny and Marques was #2 vs #3 pound for pound when it happened. If they fought again, it would officially be #1 vs #2. Can't get any better than that. THEY WERE MADE FOR EACH OTHER!!
I dont think Marquez has the chin to move up to beat Haton
He has lost to guys like Norwood and Chris John . Hattons only lost to the very best so I make him favourite
JMM was young and inexperienced when he fought Freddie Norwood, and Freddie Norwood won by being dirty and rough. And JMM never lost to Chris John he beat him that was a BS decision.
But i don't see what these fights have anything to do with JMM's chin, and its not like Ricky Hatton is a big hitter. When is the last time Ricky Hatton had a KO against a good opponent ?
I'd question Ricky Hatton's chin more he was stopped by Floyd Mayweather, who isn't a big puncher at the heigher weightclasses. He was rocked by a natural Lightweight Juan Lazcano, JMM just recently stopped iron chinned Joel Casamayor, and JMM has never been stopped in his career i think he beats Ricky Hatton no problem.

I'm with ICE, Marquez wasn't the same fighter when he lost to Norwood and he DEF did not lose to John.
I think Hatton could hurt Marquez but he would have to hit Marquez first. I think Marquez controls Hatton from a distance the whole fight. Each time Hatton would lunge in Marquez greets him with straight rights like Mayweather did. If Hatton gets in close, Marquez could hit him with some combinations then get out of there or have Hatton back out as a result. As long as Marquez could fight at 140 and not look out of shape I'm all rooting and predicting for a Marquez points decision.
With that said, if Hatton worked on the inside, I don't know how Marquez would handle that but I would think Marquez would avoid it at all costs.

Whether it's Pac or Marquez i doubt the fight will be at Wembley
No one, outside the hardcore, knows who Pac is in the UK let alone Marquez![]()
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.

That is a good point. I don't think anyone would want to risk a fight against Pacquiao. Firstly, you risk a payday, secondly, people want to fight the P4P best to enhance their careers. Especially if you would risk that opportunity by fighting Juan Manuel Marquez which is a big risk in itself.
If JMM states his case the right way anything can happen. Hatton is also one who fights for his fans and standing up to all comers would solidify his reputation. If Hatton does accept a JMM challenge before a potential showdown with Manny, he would get my utter most respect.

this fight will more likely happen before Hatton vs pac because said he wasnt gonna fight til june or something like that.

Is JMM get Hatton first he will KO him and go on to beat Pacman! WOOOOOOOO!
He will beat Hatton with his unmatched artform of a boxing style that he has.
Then go on to face Pacman.Hopefully!

JMM vs Hatton would be an interesting contest. I would say it is a pretty even fight...JMM is very skilled and accurate puncher would would land some clean shots on Hatton's chin, it will be a matter if Hatton can stand up to them. If so I believe he can rough up JMM and wear him down.
I would definitely be excited about the match up.
