Its simple math, they know people are going to by the PPV anyway, so why spend the extra money on a big time undercard? To make hardcore boxing fans happy? Please.

The undercard was painfully porr. Oscar has alot to learn from King . You can just have 1 decent fight on the bill and expect people to be happy

I liked watching prospects stomp their opponents. I was surprised HBO didn't put in tougher guys though.

Theyre records lined up,for the undercard, half the time thats all you have time to care about.
    Similar level of opposition,similar records.

That to me was the worst undercard matches I've seen. I can't help but but keep thinking back to the 2 Tyson Holyfield undercards. Where you Michael Moorer fighting Frans Botha for the IBF belt, Christy Martin pummeling some chick, Butterbean doing the same and Julio Cesar Chavez gunning down La Couisierre. Those were the days. It seems now all they do is get the big money fight and fill the card with Mexican bantamweight's and featherweight's. Don't mean to sound prejudice but look at the past PPV's that were shown I can't remember the last time a decent heavyweight fight was on the undercard.Hell screw decent heavyweight fight a decent fight period. It's all about money and it's a f**king joke to be honest. You want to know what is wrong with boxing this is it. Paying 50 dollars plus tax for 12 rounds of boxing through 4 fight's. Why did that have to end after the main event? There usually two fight's after the main event called walk-out bouts. We don't need Lampley,Merchant and E-man to commentate on it. I mean you still have the filming crew recording those fight's why can't they be shown after the fact. Once again this is the problem with boxing and why we lose the audience to some bulls**t MMA fight's.
