Please Rahman. You sucks horribly, but please KO him and put the HW division in turmoil. It would make me really happy.

Maybe just Maybe, one heavyweight out there would train for a fight for once, and come in with business in his gloves.

(but yeah I voted KO Wlad)

Wlad comes in great conditioning every fight. Hell, he came in lighter against Ibragimov and it was great thinking.

Why don't you give us the game plan for Hasim?

Rahman does have a puncher's chance but with the trouble and lack of heart he has shown vs: Taurus Sykes, Zuri Lawrence, and James Toney. Hasim is going to have to get lucky OR absorb a gigantic ass whipping until Wlad tires out.

I think Wladimir is going to be more aggressive vs Rahman and I think he's going to go for the KO early which could backfire but it's doubtful the way Hasim has fought recently
Rahman needs to rush Wlad it's his only chance if he does not land a big shot in the first round this will go on to become very one sided boring affair.

Agreed I can not name a fight Wlad has not come in shape for....

With the exception of the first Brewster bout in which he seemed to rin out of gas for some reason

That's that credit Rahman got for beating Lewis. If Lennox comes in shape for their first fight nobody would ever say something like that.

Agreed...Rahmans whole career at any level past journeyman is based on the fact Lennox was arrogant enough to avoid training

..the only way rahman will even come close to a victory is to hire david haye to take his spot, and even then Wlad might still win.

Rahman will rush in trying to land something huge for maybe the first 3 rounds until Wladimer takes over and stops him.

Emanuel Stewart already knows how to beat Rahman in his prime, beating him now should be one of Wladimer's easiest fights. He could win it with one hand literally with his jab left hook.

Why is Rahman getting this shot?

I would rather Wlad fight someone else but I am happy Hasim gets some money before he gets beaten up

...Oh and FYI this wouldn't be the first time Wlad beat someone only using his left hand, the Ray Austin was all left hand. I'd say "ask Ray Austin" but he probably wouldn't remember

I don't expect much of anything from Rahman, he isn;t gonna land that right hand again I dont see Wladimer trying to dodge punches with his hands down with a big grin at Rahman before getting starched.

Wlad has looked past fighters before....I just hope Wlad sees his chance for a statement victory instead of seeing an easy fight.

The Corrie Sanders fight (which also happened in Germany) comes to mind when I think of Wlad looking past somebody but I haven't seen Hasim Rahman be anywhere near dangerous in ANY fight since the first Lennox Lewis fight which was 7 years ago!

I say of Oleg Maskaev can stop Rahman when Rahman was supposed to be "America's last line of defense" Wladimer should have no problem. Rahman still can't avoid right hands, I think Wladimer can win with a left hook and a right hand Rahman will never see it coming.

But like I said Rahman will be dangerous for the first 3 rounds and then it will become a repetitive beatdown.
