Who else has captured as many divisons as Oscar has, he was in a competative fight with the true p4p king Mayweather and Oscar was already past prime. Oscar is one of the greatest of all time. That being said i still dont know what happend in the fight with Pac. I don't think he was drained by weight but something was off.
