RIP Chico, one of my favorites.
It's also sad to see where Castillo's career has gone. Legendary fight though. I can't believe you got to see it CMM, you also saw Marquez-Vazquez I or II, right?

I was ringside for Izzy-Rafa I & III. I wanted to go to Texas for the 2nd one but the flight + hotel + tickets would have been a bit too much $$$ so I had to kick myself back to reality before I put it all on my credit card.
Legendary fights that will forever live in my memory. I could literally tell you how each one of those days went. From when I woke up and what I did 'til I got home later that night. Very greatful for the luck I've had with attending fights.

That is great stuff. You're a lucky guy. I'm still hoping Pac will fight in Vancouver someday, as was discussed in the past, but I'm pretty sure it won't even happen. He's too big for it now and I don't think he'll take the type of fights which could land in Vancouver.

If Bute - Kessler lands in Canada, it will almost certainly take place in Quebec. It'd be easier (and cheaper) for me to see a show in Cali. If it was in Van, I'd jump at the chance to go and get beaten up by my countrymen for cheering on Kessler. I flirted with the idea of making a trip to see Molitor - Caballero, glad I didn't do that now.

Chico was my favorite fighter. I will always remember his 1st fight with Castillo and his demolition of Freitas. He's a throwback type of warrior. He was never on his backfoot and has a tremendous heart. RIP.
An empty can is always noisy.
