In Canada you often hear a five dollar bill referred to as a fin.

$10 bill is often called a ten-spot.

Yea I've hear that. And isn't a 10 a sawbuck?

eg "That pigeon...you just kill it? Is it fresh? I'll give you a sawbuck for it. "

yeah $10 is a sawbuck, $20 is a double sawbuck. But I don't recall ever hearing sawbuck used in a conversation, except one about currency slang.
