That should be a warning to any boxer, Pac has too many distractions at the time and may interfere with his training

    "LACKLUSTER"

why don't they give rocky and barrera the credit, barrera was fighting no pushover. Rocky is a legitimate contender who would have given any fighter trouble and I knew that before the fight. a lot of people on this forum had already proclaimed it as a easy win for barrera, but I was worried as hell coz rocky has the tools and is the hungrier fighter. he would have given MAB problems any day, barrera again showed the resiliency and greatness that had defined his career. that was not a lackluster performance, it was a courageous performance.
"Very few people really understand what it means to be a fighter. I hate it when I hear someone say, 'That fighter doesn't have guts. I hate that, I don't care if you're a world champion six times over or a four-round fighter, to step inside that ring, you have to have guts" Oscar De La Hoya

pac is already on training and roach is keeping close watch on him, i think he should just be left to train and really prepare for larios.

yeah, larios is no push over but doesn't manny and freddie know that?

Toney and Freddie knew Rahman wouldn't be a push over but Freddie still let Toney come into the fight the heaviest of his career. I'm really getting worried that Freddie Roach isn't pushing his fighters enough and is letting them get away with more. doing the "they know what they want" philosophy.

I think roach has a different level of closeness with manny. He's almost like a father to the pacman. When pac was still in the philippines, roach came over to bring him to LA and pac went with him. Manny has an attachment with roach that is not the same toney has.

The Pac that fought MAB & ERIK II would storm thru Larios inside of 6 rds.
Larios is pushing 60 fights and cuts easily, I wouldnt be surprised if the corner throws in the towel...

But a PAC with all these distractions is beatable....

Larios is tough, but getting old. Pac should win this fight, but the distractions could cause some problems. I hope Pac has his head on. A 75% Pac, IMO, beats Larios.

As far as Freddie goes, he's a good trainer. James Toney is just a cocky a** that thinks he doesn't need Freddie or anyone. Noone is going to tell Toney what to do but Toney.
