For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
It really was close, any claim from Morales' camp of bias was on the strength of his performance in the first 5-6 rounds of the fight. The remainder bottom half rounds saw EM fading, negating any lead he built in the said begining rounds. Diaz finishing strong, in my opinion, earned a narrow win!
Morales needs to stay retired, i'd love to seem him still involved in the sport, but as a trainer or a promoter, which honestly i think he'd be very good at seeing how he's gone on the record more than once saying that fan's deserve great fights, so i'm sure he would try to keep his promoted cards with that standard, but yea he's already given the world countless memorable wars and moments, IMO him and Barrera are both the 2nd best Mexican boxer's ever, i say they're tied, cause you can honestly make a case for each in completely different perspectives.
I dont think Erik was robbed in this fight . He was very close to be stopped in the last round. He had no legs and I think he just got beaten up by the bigger fresher guy . It makes no difference though cuz anyone with half a brain knows that a prime Erik would have toyed with Diaz so it no harm to his legacy
If Erik wants to comeback he has to do it soon . Barrera has his next comeback fight lined up in January in Mexico. Its pretty soon after his last comeback . Erik needs to do the same or he will be too ring rusty . Hes probably best off staying retired TBH .
I think Erik fukked up Diaz's face better than Manny did.
i think morales should of won. but i rather not see him come back
