A key witness in a case involving election fixing for American elections in 2000, 2004, and the last election has died in a one person plane crash. His body has not been found. Alleged to have fixed Florida and Ohio in key elections. Any thoughts?

I'll reserve any judgment for now, but I believe the election-fixing is probable. But it would be irresponsible to state it as fact at this point.

No they didn't say it was fact. They just said the incident by its bare facts was suspicious and warranted investigation.
