If Arreola doesn't take things more seriously he'll never be ready for it, maybe this will get him motivated to get in better shape.

Of all the hyped recent heavyweights Arreola is the most overrated, I don't even place him anywhere near Sam Peter's caliber... he doesn't belong in the same ring as Wlad. Povetkin is a much better prospect, but at least this will give him one more fight to develop his skills, but honestly I think Wlad is on a different level than any other heavyweight excluding his brother.

Sounds like Arreola's sink or swim moment....or float.I liked him early on,his face to the wall style makes for exciting TV but I think he is as developed as he is going to get.Showed some small adjustments but is living fight by fight "Oh well" and seems just content with that?
If he waits on the outside in the 1st round like he did vs.Walker,Wlad will cover the floor with him, needs to bum rush Wlad and look to open that tinfoil chin very early on,Wlad will definatly have some heated and pressing rounds to cope with early on but I think he can take it late when Arreolas over indulgence of the breakfest buffets catches up.

Povetkin is a midget who gets by on conditioning and heart. Arreola had over 200 amateur fights and won a national Golden Gloves title.
The problem with Arreola is his motivation. He's had breaks from boxing where he lost interest, and he's come into fights, especially against weaker opposition, in rotten shape. Because of his lazyness and having a chin that allows him to get away with it, he usually relies on his brute power to get rid of people. When he turns up in shape, he actually looks like a decent prospect.
Arreola has a better change to beat Wlad than Povetkin because he has the physical power to rough him up, the chin so that he won't be out the first big shot he takes, and power to put Wlad on his ass hard. If Arreola come in about 230 and jump on Wlad like Corrie Sanders did, it's going Wlad is going to have problems to deal with, a least for few rounds. Arreola doesn't have Sanders handspeed, but he's not going to sit back and let Wlad fight at Wlad's normal, snail-like pace.
