Drinks, appetizers, entertainment, music, dancers etc. etc. etc.
Security is tight here so please Superheavy, SalTheButcher, JTRock watch your drinking and take it easy. Don't want anyone getting arrested on foreign land. Not that were scared of the French or anything as I'm sure they wouldn't even put up a fight vs. the Saddo Army.

We need everyone on their best behavior. Please all the Pacquiao fans reframe yourselves from throwing your panties and mobbing Pac as he arrives. Same applies for the Calzaghe fans remember he's a married man.

I'm here to present this years Saddo Fighter of The Year Award.

With a total of 33 votes this years winner is.....

Manny Pacquiao

Manny had 3 fights this year, wining in a controversial decision over JMM. He then moved up in weight and captured a title in the lightweight div. he then moved up in weight and dominated De La Hoya. He also became P4P #1 fighter in the world.

With a total of 17 votes this years fight goes to...

Antonio Margarito vs. Miguel Cotto
"La Batalla"

In a year which we saw Rafa-Izzy III, Mtagwa-Villa, Casa-Kats, Pac-JMM II, USS-Adamek. It comes to no surprise that the winner was decided by just 2 votes apart. This was a MEGA fight that lived up to the expectations and then some.

This year we had to choose from ANY round in Rafa-Izzy III, Cotto-Tony Rd. 7 or 2, USS-Adamek Rd. 4, Arce-Concepcion any round, Mtagwa-Villa any round. The popular vote went to this round here.

We saw some spectacular KO's this year. We had Prescott KO'ing Khan, Casas come from behind peach of a left hook over Kats, Urango almost takes Vilches head off with a hook, AA catched Elvin Ayala with a huge shot. Suprisingly Mirandas KO came happened on Jan. 11 just 11 days into 2008 and it stood the test of time.

I personally do not see this as upset but it's not up to me, it's what the people here at Saddos voted. In a year where we saw Quintana out hustle and out grit the "unstoppable" Paul Williams, Nate out manuver "Baby Bull" Diaz, Mora slip from Forrest and Vic KO a P4P fighter in Mijares not to mention Hopkins turning the hands of time and schooling Pavlik.
