He exposed Rico Hoye in a good performance but around that he's beaten Jason Delisle (clubfighter) twice. The victory over Julio Gonzalez is given too much weight IMO. Gonzales is in serious decline and was beaten by Zolt Erdei who is a very VERY ordinary champion. He needs to beat Adamek, Briggs or Tarver to be considered a solid champion
Only time I've seen Woods fight, he was absolutely schooled by Roy Jones en route to being stopped. But nobody was beatin Roy back then. I agree Hoye was never that good and Gonzalez has been on the decline it seems for a couple years now. I heard Woods had a couple close fights with Johnson a few years ago though, so he must not be too bad.
