Pacquiao has faced many faster fighters than Hatton in lower weight classes, just none that are as powerful. Hatton has to mug Pacquiao Ruberto Duran style if wants a "W".
I think in the power department, they are pretty muched matched, unless Hatton comes in much heavier, which is what he should do. If Hatton comes in lighter, around (140) like some of you think he will, there is no way he's going to out box Pacquiao. Mayweather Sr. is just dreaming if he thinks Hatton can dance his way to a win over Pacquiao. If that happens Just mark another "L" on Hatton's resume.
Hatton was holding all night. Malinaggi wasn't doing all the clinching.

Are you kidding me ? Paul Malignaggi was ducking and grabbing all night long, he for certain done a majority of the spoiling/holding. Paul Malignaggi actually fought like a coward after he was rocked in the 2nd round.
Ricky Hatton to me looked fired up and was ready to go to war, and he looked like he just wanted to fight and not clinch at all. Pity Paul Malignaggi held like a wrestler and ducked almost below the waist line every 20 seconds.

Size wise... NO. Oscar dela Hoya was.
After the facts came about… and the feeble showing of Oscar.... YES!
This is by no means a clear advantage in his favor though, I still see Pacquiao out speed, out skill, and outmaneuver Hattfon for a win past round 9.
